Very positive experience. Took the Standard First Aid course (a full day) led by Kirk and it flew by. He was very knowledgeable and fun, adding many real-life stories that helped to drive home the knowledge and skills we were learning. He also offered several bonus tips, was respectful and professional, and had answers to the many questions from our inquisitive group. Recommended.

Fantastic CPR and Standard First Aid training. Definitely worth the time and money. Other than just memorizing loads of information, we applied our knowledge and got to interact a lot with others and the instructor. My instructor Ksenia did a great job, very grateful I could have her for my session.

Armia was my instructor for First Aid CPR-C. It was my fourth time doing this course, second time with Heart 2 Heart. I had the best time with instructor, Armia, at the downtown location. The instructor was very polite, understanding, and easy to learn from. He was also accommodating and understanding of people's comfort levels. As a coffee drinker, I was glad I was able to grab a coffee before class and during breaks. It was a good experience and I recommend it to anyone who is serious about safety.

Our course was led by instructor Rose Kelly who was very thorough & detail oriented. She supplemented the lessons with several real life examples to emphasize the significance of doing things the right way. I feel very confident in using what I learned in an emergency.

Jsenia is the best CPR instructor! She is very knowledgeable, clear and provides realLife examples. I really enjoyed the practical aspect of the course. She was very patient answering our questions and imparted her knowledge in an instructive manner that made the course fun and memorable.

The blended standard first aid course was generally well-run. Information was clear and the instructor (Armia) was warmly engaged with the class. The instructor is studying in teacher's college and I'm sure he'll be a great teacher.I wish some of the course details were different, for example the compact CPR shield mask is more widely available but it wasn't discussed how to use it (only the bigger folding one). Having CPR shields and naloxone to hand out would've made sense to me. I still don't know how/when to use everything in a standard first aid kit. Etc. There's a lot to cover and it's only a 1+1 day course, so it's understandable.

Ksenia was a great instructor. She is really enthusiastic and passionate about teaching. She promises that at the end of the course that as a group our skills will be sharp and she no doubt delivered on that promise. The center was spacious and clean and equipments worked perfectly.

I've been taking 1st Aid courses for over 20 years and I have to say that this was by far, the best training I've had. Ksenia was our instructor and she was amazing. Taught me things I'd never been taught before and was not only very thorough but also very entertaining, without taking away from the seriousness of the subject. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great experience Ksenia, it makes a difference! Now if only you could re-write the online portion of the course... :)

If you take this course and you are lucky enough to have Patrick Quinn as an instructor then you will understand how amazing and vital this program is. Patrick you are such an incredible instructor and you really helped me feel more comfortable if i was ever in situations where i would have to quickly act and possibly save a life.All the best to you. This was the best first aid course ever. Covered everything and more! Great presenters, Armia and Ksenia were so entertaining and informative, very easy to understand and relate!
