U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Don't rent a uhaul here. No one was there when I went to pick up my uhaul, ended up having to go to another location to rent a truck.

The worst experience I had in my life. I do not recommend this dealer. They will try to scam you and charge you more and even if you cancel the reservation days before, they will try to charge you ( I was lucky to make a deposit through VISA, otherwise I would not get my refund).

Rented a 10' Truck on May 16. The owner was very efficient and friendly. Good price for local moves. Art

If I could give a ZERO rating I would! AVOID this location at all cost. My schedule pickup was 8am , store opens at 7am…he did not arrive til 8:36am. Pulled up, didn’t care nor apologize for being late. Rudest person I’ve ever encountered.

Quick service.

Very bad service. Over charged mileage. Promised to fix it after I complained but didn't do anything.

the best place in town for ur U HAUL needs the stuff are very friendly and polite, what’s amazing about this is that the place is a Gas Station so they are open late until midnight so even if you are returning over night some one will be there to help you check in, by the way all the other reviews were ment for the old management new owner bought the place and all the guys there are amazing

I rented a truck on July 13, 2021. The dealer input MI Out of 69641 instead of 69707, 66 miles less, it and the fuel meter Full instead of 15/16. it turned out that it charged me much more. the photo below was the condition when I rented

Never rent a u-haul from this location.They are unorganized, Very unprofessional and Don't care about customers valuable time.Delayed me on my pickup for one hour and end up not giving me a truck Because they didn't check the truck all morning before pick at 10am .(locks all broken)They had another truck available which they could have given me and organized another one for the next customer. They had me run to another location 15 minutes away and wait in line Another 45 minutes. Total time wasted about 2 hours of mine Just because they were too lazy to go and check the truck before my picking up.
