I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care and support my child has received at this wonderful kid daycare. From the very first day, as an anxious parents, we were unsure about leaving my little one in the hands of others. However, after two years of watching my child thrive, grow, and learn so much, I am beyond thankful for this incredible establishment.Room 8 has truly become a second home for my child. The love, care, and affection they provide are nothing short of remarkable. The staff at this daycare go above and beyond to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, ensuring each child feels safe and valued.Speaking about teaches I can't thank enough Ms Mini & Reanna. They possess a unique ability to engage with the children, creating a genuine connection that makes my child excited to go to daycare every single day.

Did a placement here for a few months and what a horrible experience that was. Staff is rude and condescending all of the time. They give wrong instructions when completing unfamiliar tasks and get the students to do it so they’re not liable. One time I asked about the dilution of bleach to water ratio to sanitize the toys. The RECE that I was shadowing under clearly gave me wrong information and then she later complained to a supervisor that I put too much bleach in the solution. I reported their behaviour to the manager and she smiled and did nothing. My concerns were not taken seriously. There was always tension working around the children. When the kids don’t listen the RECE’s yell and rough them up (dragging them by their clothes). I would never recommend working here or leaving your children with these people.

In Brampton, I can assure you that Mini skool, Bramalea on King Cross Road, is one of the best child care agencies. My daughter Aroha loves her preschool group and her teacher Ms. Karen Marriott a Lot, what a lovely person she is. She is always available to answer any concern of parents. Being a mother of a child with special needs, it was a nightmare for me to send her to childcare. She made me feel like my daughter is in safe hands, within the group of professionals who work on my daughter's milestones and care for her like her parents do. There are many kids but management makes sure that no one is neglected. They give you daily updates in form of pics and videos to know what your child is doing there such as meal information, play and activity deatils, through their Hi Mama App. I would recommend this child care agency to every parent.

Worst experience... My kid has been going in there for 4 months now... A teacher with name Ri**** or something like that in room 8 is very arrogant teacher... She's a liar as well.. how can I trust my kid is safe in her hands. One day i dropped kid at around lunch time.. she mentioned to go back home feed the kid and bring the kid back.. (not the exact words, something in polished language but meaning was same) .. once i complained at front desk, she cooked up some false story to convey.. like i said her something which she doesn't understand.. i can't be easy when my kid is at day care.. i can't focus on my work.. i get all the negative thoughts... Requested for change of teacher.. they said they can't... Guys, formality is full.. attention to child is less.. so please avoid.. (just my experience)

My daughter started going to MiniSkool back in 2017 when she was just 10 months old. She still attends and so will her baby brother. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and my experience here. They treat my daughter like family and always have her best interest at heart. I know that when I drop her off shes in great hands. They also have most of the same staff that has been there for years together, and you can feel that their a big family. My daughter actually calls Miniskool her ‘school family’. I wouldn’t even consider looking into another daycare for my babies.

My daughter start attending this school in December of 2021 it has been a few months and we really love the service; Our Main reason is for our daughter going to daycare is to interact with other kids. We were very impress with all the staff. they are always welcoming and able to answer any questions we may have, even the receptionist can tell us how our daughter day went, they all have personal connections with the kids as if they were their own or family member it is very nice to see. we love the HiMama App they use, we are able to log in at anytime and see what our daughter was doing and how her day was going, even if she cries or had any accident, they upload the information letting us know… we are able to see pictures of the meals and snacks.We were very impress with the progress report book as to what our child was learning, when our daughter starts in December, she was not potty train, 2 months later and she fully potty trained. The teachers are very dedicated and welcoming, when dropping off our daughter they made us feel like our child was in safe hands every parent need to feel they are putting their child in safe hands,I would recommend this childcare agency to every parent.

2 years back in mid of covid was looking around for daycares , it seems just yesterday when I was seeing tour videos on website , thinking this place might be good. and that might be became perfect , its almost 2 years my daughter AARNA" is with mini skool and as a parent I am completely satisfied

It took some time to build the courage to bring our child to child care but I’m glad I looked into mini Skool. Since they’re play based I know for certain my child will have fun while learning. We’re building relationships day by day with all the staff, they even took the time to call and check in on my child when we didn’t show up due to illness. I appreciate y’all

There was only space available when we came to Brampton, PLASP had a long waiting list. After 6 months there my child came for last day /only one day/ to say buy, with balloons and thank you card "... so .... they charge me for whole week
