I have lived here for 28 months since August 2018. This concierge and the management were probably one of the worst experiences I've had in Toronto. Frequent flooding and malfunctioning elevator are additional. The management wants so many things from the resident, but they do not willing to help them. You can live in a better place when you pay the same amount. A middle-aged with blonde short hair lady at the concierge desk gave me the worst concierge service. She was utter unhelpfulness, which seemed deliberate on the part of the condo.

Lived at many condos, this one is one of the best built condo I've lived.Great amenities, views and well managed.The only concern would be that it has very high technology fast elevators, that caused a problem like once or twice a year.About the securities, I would like to compliment forest hill security group (currently they provide the staffs). They really trained their security workers to show kind attitude towards residents and will take the action asap if you complain any rudeness or hassle.Long story short, you get the quality of life for what you have paid.

Building seems nice but is cheaply made. There have been three significant floods in the last 2 years that destroyed several floors and put the elevators out of order for months. The concierge team are friendly and great but management is clueless. Building is so bad they are trying to sue the builders. Leaving as soon as tenancy ends and wouldn’t recommend anyone invest. Will bet that it floods again before 2022. Absolute shambles.Update: There was another minor flood on two floors due to the sprinklers going off.

Out of 6 places I lived in Toronto this one is clearly the best. I moved in December 2022 and this is my experience after half year of living here:- elevators work as German railway, keep reading.- preventive maintenance for everything, that is why elevators, don't break and everything works great.- parking is well maintained and always clean- concierges are friendly, helpful and adequate (I read old complaints, looks like this problem was already solved). I would even call them lovely.- salt water in the pool is a game changer- good amenities overall- smart and professional management (this is big rarity) They do A LOT and it is really noticable on every step, especially in comparison to other condos in Toronto.Absolutely love this place, it is easily one of the best condos in Toronto.

I dunno, management (particularly the manager) never replies my email.quite ridiculous reason to remove the drop-off table at concierge so no contactless food delivery could be made anymore. they said 'return to normal', neglecting the good deeds of keeping some life improvement out of covid practices. they also said the table didnt match the tone of concierge ambience. management didnt bother to ask opinion from residents, i.e. the users.

Always an elevator on service and another out of service … no respect for peoples time

It is centrally located and a very nice building and great security. Thank god the property management and Conceirge team is amazing and knowledgable. Coming from another building managed by DEL which was horrible, was hoping for a change. Surprised there are actually professional people here!! Parking is limited around the area, so be warned if you have a car or have friends visiting with cars !!

Superficially looks good, but in my view and experience, it is not a good condo. So glad we rented, and didn't buy. And glad to be gone. From top to bottom, our experience was not good, and you pay a hefty price to get substandard everything. The elevators are a disaster (out of service continually), the concierge desk is anti-resident (no fault of the people at the desk, it's just indicative of very poor management who give the concierge employees the tools to fail), the units are not well designed or built, the appliances look nice and don't provide service.... Other than those, it's not too bad.

One of the worse buildings in Toronto. Terrible management. Many problems and I would not recommend this structure. BAD! Zero stars!

Conceirge staff can be better but overall we liked the building!
