Had a great experience with Boutique 1861.. Laura was an amazing experience.. she took almost an hour with me to help me pick up items that would be really suitable for my personality.. and she is really fun..Infact the whole team is and it is a great experience overall!!Thanks again for everything!!

I went to this store and I received a good service, I tried a S Top and I asked the ladies to change it for another one since it was a detail in the back of the Top. They replaced it, and I went home, the day I was supposed to wear my Top for an event, I realized they placed a L size instead of the S.I called and I explained to the lady on the phone the situation, looking for a solution to go and pick up the right size before my event, she said there was none in the system that I should have checked before leaving the store, she was impolite in my opinion, I asked her to go and check with her own eyes the tops that were there because Clearly in the system the S top was sold. She insisted that was none and she was super busy with people on the store, I checked online and it was available on inventory, she told me to call costumer service and I did and after all they helped me.I went to the store and I didn't even received an apology from the staff, the store was empty, no customers...She prepared my S top and proceeded with the exchange.
