100/5 stars.The absolute best Vietnamese food I've had in the last 5 years.The flavour in the beef was out standing, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and super flavourful, the rice was perfect as well. The spice level was perfect too, not too weak but not to intensely spicy, was an enjoyable spice level. #52 beefMy girlfriend got the #27 and the noodles were amazing, as well as the vegetables and beef.For sure going to eat here again soon! I'm so glad I found this placeI would recommend this place over any place in the city. Very kind service at the counter. ⭐ Gold tier quality for the price ⭐

My daughter had beef pho and she liked it , however my grilled pork vermicelli with spring rolls was the worst I’ve ever had in Calgary, the vermicelli was over cooked and soggy , texture felt more like soggy spaghetti and the spring rolls were super chewy and the fresh basil that was sprinkled on top was wilted and starting to go brown. I was really looking forward to eating here based on the high rating. Maybe I should have had the pho as well? Was really bummed because I was so in the mood for this dish and have had it so many times in other Vietnamese restaurants , but today I couldn’t even finish my meal. :( maybe it was an off day for the kitchen?? Not sure if I’ll come back her to eat . Sorry. :(

The chicken curry noodle soup is absolutely five star here nobody does it better in the city and their noodle bowls of all types, shapes and sizes are absolutely delicious. I talked to the owner many times about the quality of food they choose when they’re shopping for their customers and the wife only buys the most expensive chicken breast in fact many people think it’s fish only because it’s so soft and tender it’s amazing!! do not assume based just because of the signage outside, come on in and taste some of the best Vietnamese food you’ve ever had in your life!! we will be back

Thanks to my buddy Felix for introducing me to this Curry Pho. It was the best I've ever had with rare attention to both the broth and meat (amazing tendon!). Definitely eat here

Pho Anh Huyen is always my favourite underrated phõ meal in Calgary!! Run by a wholesome Vietnamese family who love their grandkids and accommodate your needs just the same. Highly recommend having their spicy coconut curry soup broth with the protein of your choice. As a vegan there are plenty of tofu/veg options and they're willing to ensure dishes have no egg/meat etc. When I'm sick, I often order just the broth to help ease a chest cough/sinus infection and it always feels, smells and tastes incredibly delicious even when half of my tastebuds aren't working. Their portions are good and if you bring the broth/soup home, they taste amazing even with more water added and whichever toppings as the base is so rich in flavour! I've been trying to make my own but cannot replicate the unique taste of their coconut/curry epic broth as it's something you can't find in any jar or even other phõ restaurant. Truly an amazing family diner experience with no fancy tiny portions or overpriced options- best place whether eating on a budget, having a nice meal with the family/kids, on your own or wishing to enjoy a tasty dinner with friends in a casual low-key atmosphere. Please support local businesses such as these as they're hard to come by!! <3

Best pho curry in the city and all surrounding areas. 30C all we ever get. if you like spicy, that's what you should get. My self I've been going 15-16 years my family and I 13 years.. must try.

Love this place. It's been around for years. Not sure why I haven't reviewed it before. Delicious family run speedy little Vietnamese restaurant. Parking Lot is small but definitely better than nothing. Street parking is always available if you're not too lazy to walk. Low key non pretentious dine in area. Not a date night place. Some would call it dive-y. Best Asian places with good portions usually are. We order to go because this place is so close to home. Call to order if you can; just pick your numbers ahead of time to make it quick and simple. Skip the dishes/online ordering apps take over 20% from restaurants. That's alot especially during this economy. Give them I try, you won't be disappointed.
