Midtown Umbrellas

I can't say enough about my customer experience. I ordered red 10 foot pop up umbrella that came very quickly. However, FedEx shipping really beat the heck out of the box. I thought the severely damaged box didn't affect the umbrella, but after assembling and one week later, it's lopsided and spokes definitely warped. I contacted customer service on Memorial day (not expecting to hear back for days) and to my surprise they are sending a replacement!! A company going this far, is someone I will recommend and do more business with! I'm in need of replacement for my deck umbrella, will order from here!!! THANK YOU! Hoping this review helps someone! I had several specific qualities I was looking for in an umbrella but couldn’t find them all in one umbrella anywhere. I came across Midtown Umbrellas, which had the exact look and features I wanted, but didn't know much about the company. I was very hesitant to make a purchase but I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered them anyways. Thankfully, we got a great deal on their end of season blow-out sale! The umbrellas are BEAUTIFUL! The Terylast fabric is HIGH quality. It feels like a thick sturdy fabric with no tattering or issues and is incredibly beautiful in the ivory/white color! SO stunning. The wood-look finish is just gorgeous. The ribs are nice and solid. The entire umbrella is constructed beautifully and the crank and twist features work flawlessly. They add a luxurious resort-like feel to our backyard and we couldn’t be happier with them. I think with proper care and keeping them covered when not in use that they will hold up for quite some time! I’ll update my review if the long-term quality ends up not being so great, but so far, so good. And super fast shipping to the U.S.! Thank you Midtown Umbrellas!

Very impressed with our new umbrella! So much so that I’m writing a review for an umbrella!It is so well designed and simple to assemble. The base has a small footprint with optional stackable weights that fit seamlessly… This was key for our city-sized backyard.

Missing base plates. I’ve called three times about this matter and requested a Supervisor call back which hasn’t happened. Midtown sold me a $1,000.00 umbrella that I can’t install to my deck because the plates are missing. They rave about their excellent customer service and it’s a self serving lie. This company is a bad business. Order in the USA and avoid this hassle.

I received a used umbrella with damage. Customer service told me they donate all returned items so it could not be a used item even though I sent several photos showing clear damage and use. They offered to replace just one of the damaged parts. I told them I want a full replacement. I have not heard back.

I highly recommend this company! My umbrella arrived and I was stunned with the quality and beauty of the product, I thought the base would come with it but once arrived , I realized I had to order the base separately. I ordered the base right away and product arrived within couple of days. So happy with the quality, logistic and service!
