Integra Tire and Auto Centre

I stopped in to have my tires re-torqued - the guys were nice and helped me immediately. I tipped each of the 2 guys... and as i was driving away, an older Sikh man ( i am assuming the owner??) walked over and literally grabbed the money from each of their hands and stuck it in his pocket. I was shocked and disgusted!!! I will NEVER deal with them again

The mechanic at this shop is nice, pro, and organized. Price is good, never had any problems with them. Cheaper than other repair shops, bills recommended hours when it takes a little longer. Highly recommend.

My wife took her car in to have the tires changed. After noticing a severe shaking I checked the lug nuts and noticed only one of five lug nuts had been replaced on the right front tire VERY DANGEROUS! Also caused damage to the wheel. Had this tire come off, this would have been criminal negligence.

I am so so so thankful Integra in Armstrong was open on a Sunday, especially the Sunday after Christmas. I live in Vernon and NOTHING was open. I was able to make it to Armstrong and the guys had my tire fixed right away. Even took the time to set my tire sensors to the correct location, as it was wrong after my winters were put on. Amazing and friendly service, would recommend them to anyone!!

Got a flat late on a Friday and this was the only tire shop open on 2 July - everybody else took a four-day weekend! I'm very grateful that they stayed open and saved my road trip by doing the repair right away. Great service, friendly guys, will do business here again!

The guy was decent when I called saying he had tires and to come on in, and it was later in the day on a Friday so while I'm appreciative of that fact, upon arrival he was quite rude and not very interested in making us feel as though we were a valued customer. To the degree of acting like my husband was going to take off with the tires we had him put on our car if we didn't prepay. His wife (at least I'm assuming it was his wife, I could be wrong entirely) literally came out to the car as we were eating the food we'd grabbed from next door while we waited for him to get back over to us and start changing the tires, and rudely opened our car door without knocking and snapped at my husband to get inside and pay for his services, or they weren't going to put the tires on at all. We couldn't believe the nerve of the woman, or how rude she was. He'd also quoted one price and then when my husband went in and paid, it was another price entirely but at that point he was just done with the situation all together, having just had a tire blowout on the highway, having to toss the donut tire on along the side of the highway, and having to deal with first the rude guy, then the even ruder woman, so he just paid it and once our tires were on, we left. Worst part is, one of the tires the guy sold us claiming almost new status blew less than a week later on his way to work. Needless to say, we were thankful at the time for the short notice service, but the rudeness and incorrect assumptions weren't warranted, necessary, or appropriate, and we won't be going there no matter the situation in the future.

Harry runs an awesome place. Quick and easy everytime I go in. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Always competitive prices and they've got pizza now so you can grab a slice while you wait ! Thanks guys.

This past weekend my car happened to breakdown right by this Integra Tire location on my way home from Revelstoke to Kelowna, and it ended up being a blessing in disguise, thanks to Integra! The owner also owns the Esso next door, which makes it extremely convenient to leave your car with them to have them send it to the shop when they open (assuming you also breakdown outside of business hours!). They were extremely helpful, great at communicating, they worked so fast, and their pricing was very reasonable! My experience was so amazing that myself, and now my entire family, all plan to make the hour drive to Armstrong just to get any future work done there!As well, maybe Integra can pass the message along, but the tow truck driver who was contracted out from BCAA on Sunday, Dec. 4 was also SO kind and helpful!!Best car breakdown ever haha

Honestly I am so happy with this company - all our interactions with them have been incredible. Very good tire service, quick, nothing too much to help you with. I mentioned I was selling my moms car and the boss Harry looked up the value of the car for me - he wasn't asked to, but the kindness it showed meant so much. The other gentleman with the cowboy hat tried to help come up with suggestions for the sale as well, etc. Thrilled to death - I'd make the trip from Lake Country to go here if it came to it. Thanks, guys!
