As first time parents, we were very new to all of the information and details around setting up an RESP for our baby. Laurie was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. We are very happy to know that our money will be in a good hand in the future for our child. Once again big thank to Laurie Grant for explaining everything in details and very clear.

We are glad to have CST Savings provide savings plan to us for our child. Charlene Wexler was professional when we had a couple sessions with her to discuss our child's RESP registration. She was knowledgeable about the product and patient to answer our questions. She was organized with her presentation and spoke with confidence. Honestly my CST Rep. Dana Fields did such an amazing job with her presentation on our zoom call. I’m one to get confused when I don’t understand nor follow when something like this comes about, but Dana got me so comfortable and she explained it so well, step by step, slow & steady and to be honest I hardly had any questions for her. If I did have any questions about her presentation she would pause listen to you carefully and go straight to the point. This CST RESPs is probably one of my best decisions I made for my kids, since everything is now going up and let’s just say not all of us are financially there, but this will help us in the future especially for our kids educations & properly plan what we want for our children’s future. Gigi Rosenberg is the best. Not only is she super knowledgeable and informative about my son's RESP, she is so personal and sweet. I love that she follows up with us annually to see how we are. She lets us know when the government sends us grants which is exciting. Furthermore, when my father passed away she sent us a beautiful card sending her condolences. Today I had a zoom call with Toby Brandt about getting an education savings plan for my daughter. I already have one for my son at my bank but she told me I could move it over! Best part she is doing all the work to get it moved over, and I only have to sign! I’m very excited to start one for my daughter but soon I will have my son under the same one with CST savings. She was so wonderful, she talked us through everything and answering all our questions we had! I have to say best customer service I ever had with CST. Also had no idea but she is sending both my children a book. My daughter is to small to understand but my son will be so excited! Thank you so much for everything an can’t wait to get started!

Registered for RESP in CST for my daughter. Gigi Rosenberg is our sales representative, she is an amazing person who took time to walk us through each and every details of the plan. She always follows up with the updates of the plan, government grants and etc. I was surprised to see that she sent a Birthday card on my daughter’s first birthday. I started contributing into RESP from 6 months and looking forward. I definitely recommend Gigi Rosenberg for all your RESP needs..
