Build-A-Bear Workshop
It was a nice experience for my daughter's birthday. My only compliant and disappointment is that there is no point on their online club. Which I am part of but who wants a discount on their plain birthday bear, which is cheap anyways, when you have sooo many interesting options.You don't even get a discount, unless you are purchaing that plain boring birthday teddy bear.

Sunday April 3/22. The young man working the stuffing machine, Mitchell, was amazing. He made the whole experience for my son. He was incredibly friendly and made age appropriate small talk with my child about his choices of bears (Sonic, birthday bear and Evee).

I knew about build-a-bear but had never gone as a kid. Stopped in at the Oshawa Center location while in the area with my partner. The staff were very helpful and on-board with helping us out. A special thank you to Peggy for helping us through each step!

Build-A-Bear Workshop
I took both my kids to Build a Bear at this location to get the 'sound' button added to their pokemon plushies. My older one got the sound added to his pokemon character but they told us they could not add for my younger one's character. It was not available for God knows what reason! He was so disappointed he came back home crying all the way.

We started going here for the birthday special: build a bear, pay your age. Our younglings & grandparents enjoy the 30 minute activity. I suggest Cinnabon afterwards.

Fun for the kids but recommend going on weekday. Weekends are mad… only one person making bears and at cash! Need at least two making and more staff working to speed things up especially for holidays… helping kids with bears and checking people out. Kids got frustrated so we went back another day.

Great place to take the girls.They were following their covid procedures which was really great. Store was far from over crowded.
