Nice shoes, but good luck finding the size. The boxes are not arranged in a very good way, took me about 30 mins to finally find the model and size, and I needed help from the staff who is scarce. Improve your your inventory and/or hire more people. I bet you are losing sales, as I was about to leave despite liking the product.

Horrible experience!!!Please avoid this location!!!I have no words for the “service” I have received today. I was shopping today with my daughter this morning may 1st at 10am.I chose early hour for shopping to male it more comfortable for my daughter as she has shopping anxiety. We were waiting over 15 minutes for the sales associate to come back and notify us that she did not find the size- which is fine. However the way she did it was completely unacceptable. The tone of her voice was telling me she was extremely annoyed that I was still waiting for her to appoarch me back. I assume most of the customers just give up after 5 minutes.My daughter felt very uncomfortable, and disappointed and just wanted to leave the store.

This store has the worst employee I have ever encountered in my entire life the store manager named Jennifer who gave me false information about their return policy for 2 pairs of boots I purchased for my son who has cerebral palsy. When I called the store verified information about my $200+ purchase/return, Jennifer responded by telling me that my concern is not her problem.I felt I was being discriminated by her because I couldn’t understand why it was OK for someone in her position to speak to a paying customer in that manner.I pray I never have to experience such person again in my life.

Couldn’t comment without giving a star, they don’t deserve that. The whole team and the manager Jasmine were horrible. Went to return a product, they took it in the back room and all of sudden there was something smuggled on the bottom of one shoe and refused to return. Was not shown a problem with my product until after they were taken from me and put in the back room, then all of a sudden there was a problem with them. All to not refund my money.. so pathetic you have to scam hard working people. I would never suggest going there. Worst customer service ever, worst staff and manager ever.Response to owner ::I contacted what you call customer service, and it seems that the staff there as well have no cares. The gentleman I got on the phone seemed not interested in anything I had to say. To the point I had to ask him if he was busy and I was bothering him. And then that’s when he informed me there is nothing the company could do because this location has now deemed my product un returnable?? And then proceeded on telling me to rinse off or wash what was put on my product and try to return again at a different location. So this company’s head office told me there was nothing that could be done, that they could offer me a small discount on my next purchase ( um not ) and to try and clean off whatever the staff put on my product ( to refuse me a refund ) at this location and try again somewhere else. So please owner, who deals with this now? I have also contacted the Timberland head office to let them know how your company treats customers and the distribution of their product, and the scams to keep from returning their items.

This is not the first time of having a bad experience at this location. The associates are slow and are hard to differentiate. People coming into the store actually thought I worked there while I waited for them to find my size, extremely annoying. This wait took very long, around 20 minutes. Keep in mind that I went on my lunch break. The associate started helping other customers before she finished helping me. When I decided to make my purchase I had to wait until someone came to the cash from the back. Its quite ridiculous. It seemed that the employees were hiding in the back. I don't think I'll be visiting this location anymore.
