The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had questions answered and assistance finding items for my pets here. I have compared with other stores and find them to be cheaper than other stores in the area.

Always get great service, I can special order items if their out, and they always have a variety of raw options - which is great when you have four picky cats all on raw!

Worst customer service ever!!!! I called the store to hold on to the bag of food for my dog. I knew they closed at 6 on Sundays so I called the store again while I was driving and talked to Jessie/Jas whatever the name was and literally begged her on the phone that I’ll be late 2-3 minutes as I’m stuck in the traffic.Her answer was NO we’ll close at 6.Somehow I managed to reach the store at exact 6pm and they locked the door. I was right outside knocking on the door, she saw me and I said please can you please get me the food but her answer was no.I totally understand that you guys close at 6 but really is that your customer service??????
