RN Nykia was so professional and caring! She guided me in the correct way during the virtual consultation which made me trust their services even more! Can’t wait to book an apointment and have what I want in mind done by them!!

Tried out cryotherapy and compression last weekend for the first time. All in all, a fantastic experience. The receptionist was so friendly, walked me through the whole process and checked in on me during the compression session afterwards. Everything was so clean and pristine! I would highly recommend this spot!

I decided to try cryotherapy with Luxii and I was not disappointed!, I worked with Lindsay and she walked me through the whole procedure (it was cold!, but I felt great!!) followed by some compression therepy. You basically look like the Michelin man, the air swells up and down massaging your legs and arms. My body felt amazing afterwards and I will definitely be back and include this as a recovery aide.

Just wow… Went there for a laser hair removal consultation and ended up discussing about chemical peel treatment for my face. Keila provided me with the knowledge about products and I think I am in great hands. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming.

The whole team at Luxii Health Spa is incredible. They are extremely thorough and knowledgable with whatever service you are getting. I felt safe and comfortable and fully trusted their team throughout the entirety of my appointment. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

My experience at Luxii has been great so far! The location is gorgeous and feels so spa-like. Everyone has also been very professional and took my laser consultation very seriously.

UPDATE:This place is under new management and they reached out to me to rectify my issue. They have been understanding and helpful beyond my expectations. I was offered a new package of 6 for ND YAG free of charge.I have now had all my appoints with Keila, and she is thorough, honest, sweet, and super easy to talk to.She always takes notes, takes pictures, asks me how my treatment is going, and retouches spots based on my feedback.I am very impressed with the customer service under this new management!PREVIOUS REVIEW:I have brown skin south east Asian background and I specifically chose to do my laser hair removal here because they have an ND yag laser.I bought a package of 6 treatments on 5 areas and ON MY LAST APPOINTMENT I FOUND OUT THEY HADENT EVEN BEEN USING THE NDyag laser on me... they were using IPL instead.No one mentioned that to me at the consultation or any of the appointments.I have been treated by FOUR different girls, and each girl assured me that she will be my technician for the rest of my treatments.This place is pretty far from where I live and it was more expensive than other places I found but I decided to do it because of the NDyag.I had IPL done in the past at a different place and had alot of thick hair grow on my face afterwards, which is what I told the first girl when I started my treatment at Luxxi.I can't say IPL was the cause for sure but I know that NDyag is better for my skin type.I would never have gone to this place and paid so much had I known they were using IPL. I can't believe they weren't clear about that with me from the begining.Super disappointed in the disorganization and management at this place.

I’ve had 4 microneedling sessions with Keila. I’m not exaggerating when I say that she has gone above and beyond what I expect from customer service. Not only did I receive the utmost care during my treatments, but she also took the time to address my skincare routine. She even went as far as creating a custom schedule with my current products, and incorporating the recent products I purchased from the spa. You can tell that she cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does!For a long time I’ve been insecure about my skin. On my first visit I was recommended microneedling. I didn’t realize how badly I needed this service until I saw the results.
