Blitzed has provided myself and my coworkers with terrible service over the holiday season. They prebooked us for our Christmas party but then did not have anyone available to be at our Christmas party when needed. Each one of us that called got told it was going to be a couple hour wait when we did call. We then chose to take a taxi cab or Rhinos who came for us in a timely matter after waiting hours for blitzed and making several calls to see where they were and not getting any form of customer service. What is the point of prebooking a party if you can’t have at-least a team available to be providing services for that party. The weekend before they also had multiple people waiting hours and calling to see where the heck they were. They forget about stops, take stops out of order and provide no customer service when calling to see why they have not shown up yet. I do not recommend wasting your time trying. Not only we’re they unavailable when needed they disobeyed strict instructions of where I wanted my keys left after dropping my vehicle at home. I got dropped off the next day to find myself with a dead cell phone, where I was locked out of my vehicle as well as my Home because the owners of the company chose to take my keys home with them and not leave them where I asked them too.

Vivian and her partner, I forget her name was the most greatest experience of my life. I will never use any other company besides them.

Best driving service in town hands down. They treat you like family and take great care of you when you need them most! Great drivers you can always trust to get you and your vehicle home safe.

The one guy has a kia Sorento that is apparently pretty fast and fuel efficient.

Blitzed DD Services has provided me with excellent service on more than one occasion. Their staff are extremely professional and kind. Its always quick wait times, and dispatch is always friendly. The drivers either call or text when they are on their way with an estimated time and they let you know when they have arrived. I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody!

Blitzed has got me and my friends all home safely every time we're out having a night on the town. Very friendly and efficient service. The drivers have no trouble finding all our addresses for dropoffs and display excellent and safe driving skills. Dispatch is polite and very professional. Always short and accurate wait times. Super friendly and went above and beyond to check my power steering fluid since it’s been making a weird noise. Even dropped off some fluid that he wasn’t going to use to top it off! Exceptional customer service!
