If you are seeing Dr. Yuen you may find your appointment time is delayed, but that is only because he spends a great deal of extra time with patients if needed.

The 2 doctors I saw were very informative and helpful. They are busy so prepare for a wait but the teams and doctors appear to work non-stop. Thanks for getting me treated quickly

These other reviews are are absurd. Dr Yuen is the emergency on call eye doctor for 4 major hospitals. Any appointment gets bumped by more urgent cases that get referred by the ERs. I know cause I was one such case. I was referred at 6, every one in the waiting room had been waiting. But Knowing I could lose my vision in hours he saw me right away. On Saturday on a long weekend with with a dozen patients. Juggling them all and promising he'd get them. He was kind, unrushed and diligent while working under this pressure. He even called me hours later at midnight to pass on instructions to insure I was ready for subsequent surgery. He exemplifies what you want in a doctor.

Made appointment, waited 1 hour and still waiting at this time.I am not sure why I made an appointment if I am not seeing the doctor at the time that I am booked for.Not recommended if you are trying to see the doctor. Try somewhere else.
