I'll definitely be returning to Pham in Regent Park mall. Excellent, quick, thorough, no fuss, gentle manicure by a very pleasant woman who paid attention to the details..SPOTLESSLY clean business, bright interior, lots of parking...very good prices. Thank you to the staff for a good experience.Aug 1/2021: Second visit to Pham Nails was yet again excellent. I had a mani and pedi and both were done at the same because I told the staff I could only have the pedi this time because I was in a hurry...they offered both at the same time and it worked very well! The owner, Hien Pham, happened to be at the salon as well...a delightful man, focused on helping those who might be struggling by offering nail services to help their self esteem and presentation. I happily support a business like this.

They were over booked I had booked my time and they still took 20 to start my services. The polish ended up lumpy and and not at all like the design we asked for. So we went back the next day to get it corrected and they even charged for the polish change. So for the service I got I feel this is overpriced and they are under educated on how to properly do the services they offer.

Such a friendly and relaxing environment, the staff were wonderful and Henry did an amazing job on my nails I bought my mom a gift certificate for a pedicure since I enjoyed my time there so much and I will be sure to come back anytime I am visiting Regina.

I've got a pedi done and can't be more satisfied. Staff very friendly and professional. Feet massage was a blast, will be coming back for sure.

I highly recommend checking out Pham nails! I wanted a crazy Tie Dye design and Henry delivered! My nails are bright and beautiful tie dye colors and super perfect for summer. They were extremely friendly and professional and can do literally any design you can imagine. Thank you so much! I'm obsessed.

I was a client with this establishment for many years. I booked an appt for a pedicure for 2 people over a week prior to our appt's. We arrived 15 minutes early at which time they placed us in the chair with our feet in the water. All was good however they had 3 other clients in the pedicure chairs getting theirs done and only 3 staff working. We waited and then they moved the 3 clients to the manicure area one at a time, and proceeded to do their manicures while we sat in now cool water. We waited for another 1/2 hour and then one girl came and started on my friend while I sat in the chair and waited for the next staff member to be free. I waited an additional 35 minutes at which time my friend was basically done with maybe 5 minutes left. I declined the offer to start me as I was not going to make my friend wait for me. (When booking this appointment we had taken the time off of work to have them together) The gentleman apologized and offered me a chocolate. No thank you" I replied...I was upset because it was over an hour later than our appt was scheduled. I have sent many people to this location and I have also contacted them and advised them on what took place. They will never go to this establishment again. I am very frustrated as to how they handled the situation. The customer service and how he did not try to resolve this issue at the time has lead to me never want to go back there again and I will not. From here I went to Pink Rose Nails and Spa on Rochdale and received a spa pedicure with great satisfaction and service and have now found my new place to go. Thank you Pink Rose...."

We called ahead, and they told us they had time. The technicians were completely prepared and welcomed us when we walked in. They played gentle music, and calm videos on the television to create a safe quiet space. The establishment is clean, and the technicians were impressive!

Clean well designed and relaxing environment. The staff were very friendly and Henry did an amazing job on my nails. I was visiting from out of town and enjoyed myself so much I ended up buying my mom a gift certificate for a pedicure so she could take herself for a nice relaxing spa pedicure. I will be sure to come back here anytime I am visiting Regina.
