Had my computer restored to factory settings. I was also offered to have my computer updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10, and it was explained to me the benefits of Windows 10.My computer was repaired for me the next morning, and working better than before (especially with the update). I really enjoyed the service, and that my computer could be picked up and dropped off at my house, which is awesome!
