The staff are always very friendly and happy to assist. They have a large distribution chain which makes things easier to get here. I ordered a new carrier, laser mats and fog lights for my suv and they allowed me to install it on the parking lot while taking the packaging away for me as I had zero space in my car. Overall works like a charm.

This has honestly been the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a cap for my work truck on Oct 27th 2022 and was told six weeks for delivery. The beginning of December I start calling to find out potential ETA to plan a day to the city as December is busy. Every time I called I was told I’d receive a call back after they spoke with A.R.E. But my calls were never once returned. I then start calling and asking to speak to management to address this. It took over a month between calling and having the call centre email Eric before I actually heard from him. I’m pretty easy going and very understanding when unexpected situations arise but, communication is very important to me. Over a month of calls and emails to speak with a manager is absolutely deplorable and inexcusable. Then the problems with the invoices arise (if you order from action keep all your receipts and compare) not one invoice matched. After all of this they offered to give me $800 off the remainder of my invoice and in the end I received $1000 off. This did make me feel a little better about the whole situation and lack of communication.Finally on March 7th 19 weeks after ordering date my cap was finally installed. We looked it over quick in shop as I had to leave quickly to go to work. On my way to work I stopped for coffee and noticed the cap had a scratch and a dent. I told Eric and his reply was “I viewed the shop cameras and couldn’t see them on the cameras”. No one would be able to notice a scratch or dent on any shop camera especially under fluorescent lighting… Upon getting home from work and locking up for the night is when I noticed the lock on the back of the cap does not lock. I was leaving for a trip at this time so my partner brought the truck in to have the dent/scratch looked at and the lock mended. Mike told us if it was not resolved that a new door would be ordered for us to have installed. Nothing was done about the scratch/dent or lock. We were told the lock was fixed but it was not.I contact Eric to let him know while away on my trip and was told a new door would not be ordered. I couldn’t make an appointment as soon as arriving home as I had to catch up on work first. Within a week from returning home the shocks for the back door fail and are no longer useable and also causing damage to the weather stripping on the back door. The shocks failed with only two weeks of use (as I was away and the truck was sitting).We had the shocks replaced and fixed for the time being but it’s only a temporary fix as we wait for more parts. Which means yet another trip to the city to have it mended. That’ll be 4 trips to action for this cap (a total of 8 hours of driving) missed work and time wasted. I will need to purchase more caps in the future and Action will not get my business again. Not for the failed product/wait times or even the confusion regarding invoices, it’ll be for the complete absence of communication from the sales associate and the amount of effort required to just have a conversation with a manager.

Everytime I've gone in, I've come out empty handed. Customer service is more rude than helpful. The store front used to be pretty messy, but They are cleaning it up nice, good to see. Hopeful for some positive change.

Although this review is for the Dartmouth location I can't speak for the actual location.But I made a recent purchase off the website, and after a small bump in the road their web team particularly Eric did a fantastic customer service job and I'm very happy with the product and the service and I will continue to shop at Action!Thanks folks

Staff are extremely helpful and always a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their in-depth product knowledge, as well as installation tips and assistance. Recently purchased a cargo roof box and was very impressed with the service. Have also had a hitch installed and purchased other specialty accessories in the past. Highly recommend Action.

Friendly staff and very helpful.I order side steps , mud tray for the trunk and wind deflector for Jeep 2017, although it took about a month to get the stuff in, The installation was professional and fast.

I bought a tonneau cover for my truck. The product is great and the installation done quickly and professionaly . My only issue is that I ordered the cover in November, and was told it would be 10 days until it arrived. two weeks go by and I call and was told it is now on back order and will be another 10 weeks. 10 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call the store, Oh yeah, that part has been here a week. No explanation as to why I wasnt informed of this. Like I said , great product, little short on serving the customer.
