Went in to add an Apple Watch and Jesse was very helpful! He made it a great an enjoyable experience and was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and definitely will be going back to him for any help in the future!

I went into store and Jesse came right over and was pleasantly courteous. Right away got into what I was looking for and , yes the time involved to get lines changed and new phone programmed is long, he kept at it and was quite knowledgeable and knew his job well. I had to comment to him on how much the store music was enjoyable to listen too. Anyways, highly recommend this store and thanks Jesse!

I've never been to portage rogers before and ended having the best experience of all stores yet! Scott was incredibly friendly and we had great conversations as my phone backed up within the hour and a half I was there. Will be going to this store whenever I need a phone! Thanks Scott!
