Very good experience

Great job opportunities. The Receiving department was my favorite. Great team to work with. Fast paced. Very supportive, and inclusive, especially for all religions and people with mental health issues.

Not a good place to work. I was working in raj kashyap department he is very unprofessional and have no leadership skills. He is biased and he has some favorite associates & he favours them alot. He does discrimination. He doesn't know the mean of seniority. I have been working there form last 4 months he gives us lay-off for 4 times. Does it fare to us the new favorite ones r going there. He does unfair to some employees. I don't know why recruiters give the right to choose the employees to supervisor. The randstad hired us we r not direct hire though the raj kashyap. He has no right to select employees name who is coming or not only randstad recruiters should decide that.I hope The management should take action regarding my points.

Poor management..they don’t how to handle staff traffic during shift change.. they let trucks wait for long..those are inside got stuck inside and those are outside to enter has to wait to enter.Trucking companies should charge waiting time for this unnecessary wait.

Worked as a Security Guard environment is Good except one of The Loss prevention coordinator. I worked there for 1.5 year and left just this week because of one LPC.She don’t know how to work what’s the process . She think that she is manager she can do whatever she can want very rude .Other than that everybody is good nice staff working well manage team very well.Jamie Handy manager over there very helpful.

Too much of work. Very clumpsy and sounds around the warehouse gives you headache.

Here, u have Abhi in the shipping office,(the know how, go getter. For example, if something is to be shipped n he knows nothing about it, he'll stop what he's doing n go in search of, also if the Receiving is closed for lunch n u have a Few pkgs, he'll received n hand to Chris who is another stalwart in TJX's armor")."
