I purchased a Pfaff Select 4.0. Has never worked from day one. I brought it back to be repaired 4 times. when I get it home it still does the same thing. I figured what was wrong ( bent part were the bobbin sits) and now they want over $300 to fix it because the warranty has expired. not very pleased.

I went to Northgate Sewing Centre today to purchase my very first sewing machine. I am a brand new beginner and didn't know where to start or what to look for. Sewing Machine Consultant, Louise B. assisted me right away to help me find a perfect beginner machine for me. Louise sat down with me and showed me how the machine worked and some basic stitching techniques. I was very pleased with the service provided. Looking forward to coming back again!

This is where I bought my serger. Customer service at the absolute best. It’s like going for a visit rather than going shopping. Material selection for quilting in particular is fabulous. I love the various projects displayed around the store and really just how pretty it all looks. The staff are all educators and are eager to show and tell tips to helping with my projects even though I’m not a quilter. I plan to take a class or two here in the Fall.
