Cedar Creek has been providing landscaping services, for a few years, in our 20-unit-townhome-complex in Vancouver. Their staff are very friendly, knowledgable, professional and responsive.It has been a great overall experience with Cedar Creek and I’m looking forward to having them as our landscaper for the years to come.

Amazing leader with an amazing crew! Scott's strong work ethic, vast knowledge and positive attitude becomes evident the minute he starts a conversation or steps on site. This also reflects on his team. I had the pleasure of previously working with Cedar Creek and I still carry the things I had learned from him to this day. Being a part of landscaping a variety of properties and watching them transform beautifully was something the whole team took great pride in. It was one of my most favourite jobs and had I not moved across the country, I'd still be happily working for him! But don't just take my word for it, check out their website and see the properties they maintain for yourself.

These guys are very unprofessional and inconsiderate to residents.They clearly have zero idea how to trim trees or clean up properly.Most the time they stand around with as many guys as they can charge out to charge your strata to inflate there bill and they all hangout talk and vape around your building doing as little as possible.Would absolutely not consider this company.

Seen them on numerous occasion blowing nothing around to look “busy” or just vaping and hanging out and when they actually blow debris it’s usually at parked vehicles and into the street because they are too lazy to dispose properly. You are going to kill a motorcyclist blowing debris into the road if you keep it up. I have it all one video on numerous occasions and I’ve even emailed the owner before he was plain rude and said they weren’t done but not once did they clean up the mess they blew into the street.

As former council president of our strata on Westwood Plateau, I had many interactions with Scott, I found him to be very courteous, attentive, responsive and professional, any issues that were brought to his attention were dealt with quickly and resolved. February 26 2020As a former Strata Council member for Cedar Downs condo / townhouse complex in Pitt Meadows, one of my duties was to meet with Scott each week to review our landscaping needs. In the 3 1/2 years that I worked closely with Scott I listened and reported back to council on his suggestions such as: areas of weeding and/or pruning priority, plant placement / replacement, pruning schedules, design enhancement / function etc. Scott would work directly with another one of contractors - Select Sprinklers to ensure our irrigation system was functioning fully to support our vegetation. Scott is very approachable, not only himself but also his entire crew. They have always been professional, courteous and helpful in all areas of landscaping maintenance at our complex. Cedar Creek Property Services team take much pride in their work as this is very evident when looking at our landscaping. I was an employee for Scott for 8 months over two different summers while I was in University. I can honestly say Scott is one of the most hard-working and kind people I have met. Landscaping can be challenging work, but Scott treated the team well and created a good company culture that made me enjoy coming to work everyday. I always appreciated how Scott would provide refreshments to the team, get the team together for group breaks and lunches, and emphasize health and safety on site. These might be little things but they definitely made work more enjoyable, and made the team more healthy and productive in my mind. Scott was also good at getting everyone on the same page with specific things clients wanted done. It was a fun group to work with, and it was rewarding to improve and maintain many sites across the lower mainland. Cedar Creek Property Services is a solid group of hardworking people, and I would definitely recommend them.
