Milan has been an amazing friend and support throughout my long journey in trying to purchase a home.Before my husband suddenly passed away, he took on the task of a very complicated 3-party deal to pay off the original contractor, the deceased owner and me and my husband, so we could purchase our dream home. Every one of the other people involved, including the other person's realtor were very impressed with his work in clarifying everything, and making it simple and clear for all involved.Then my husband suddenly passed away. Milan took care of all the details to dissolve that purchase agreement.
