If there were more than 5 stars I would gladly give them to Accurate Appliance. I spoke to Loi on a Saturday morning about my washing machine not working. He asked about what wasn't working and the model number to ensure they arrived with the correct parts. About an hour later Sam was on my door step. He quickly fixed the problem and $100 later my washing machine was working!! Seriously what a great deal and great service. I actually debated just buying a new washing machined because normally appliance repair is so expensive it's just not worth it. If you need an appliance repaired don't bother calling anywhere else...you've found the best with Accurate Appliance Services!

I have had Loi and his wife(?) fix our Samsung Duet washing machine twice now. My experiences with them were fantastic. The first time, Loi assessed the machine and gave us a quote for the cost of a replacement part. He came back with a replacement part he had found on a recycled machine and charged us only a fraction of the initial quote.This honesty made us feel we were in good hands and so we asked them to come by again to fix a slow drain issue today. Again they were honest and efficient, they made us feel we were in good hands. They solved the problem handily and recommended a solution to avoid this in the future. 10/10 experience with these excellent people.

If I could rate higher than 5 star I would! Excellent customer service, extremely professional and honest. The tech made several visits and only charged for 1 after he determined the parts required were beyond the useful life of the freezer. This is the company I will use forever going forward for all my appliance repair needs. I have tried 2 others and Accurate Appliance Service are truly the professionals in honesty and integrity and fair pricing.
