First and last time at this place, worst quality and service I’ve experienced! I went prior to a trip and noticed the shellac gel was uneven/clumpy when I got home.During my trip (2-3 days post service) the gel polish started to peel off. I didn’t engage in outdoor activities, dishes or any activity that could’ve damaged my nails.I contacted them and the lady was rude and dismissive, and insisted I should’ve came back the day after. (I was on a 3 day trip!)I went in and asked her to fix them, she said I needed to pay for a full service shellac again. I stated I’m not paying again as it’s terrible quality to begin with. She said she’d only fix a couple of them, the main ones damaged. Why would anyone want uneven nails??I asked her to fix them or remove them all. She then offered to fix them all, only to send me off to another tech who buffed the gel off, and painted over the existing messed up shellac. Waste of time and money!

This is a very clean establishment. They have 8 Large Luxurious leather chairs-very comfortable. They expand or contract depending on your size--Great for a large tall man. It is a very pleasant atmosphere with great staff and music. I had a pedicure and it was $35.00 instead of the normal $30.00 at other spas. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. The technician Helen was very talented. I received exceptional service. They did more than other spas and the pedicure was well worth it. I highly recommend this spa. With the large staff, they can accommodate last minute appointments.

My nails were done at the same time when ive gone there to relax and had to reach hands over. My nailpolish was smudged and they fixed it by touching it ans my acrylic had bubbles. Maybe just the wrong person i got. Other wise the place looks nice. Will not recommend to my friends.

I just got my first pedicure and at this place and it feels so good and relaxing they give you full food massage and the chair is also have massager it feels like mini spa, staff are friendly the only reason i gave 4 star is when she used the hot stone to my leg it feels like she burn my skin a little but otherwise it's worth it.

Never will I go here again, they took nearly 4 hours to do a manicure and pedicure ontop of that cut me with the blade while doing pedicure multiple times.

Prices on line are different and they keep on adding services without my consent like nail design without my consent I had to stop her they charged me double the price by saying we charge extra for everything we do when I never asked them to do it.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and they provide you with the best service every time. They are very professional, clean and have reasonable prices for the service they provide! Highly recommended.

They DESTROYED my nails!!! See pictures below - thumb nail was bleeding after shellac ripped off and you can see all the ridges and grooves they left. Just threw on some polish. How did this happen? I went to them for a cheap shellac polish that lifted on the sides and bottom after a day or so and ripped off my nail underneath about a week or two later. Once they filed and used chemicals to get the rest off - my nails were so thin or what was left of them, you could peel them off and its been painful. I tried to explain to the owner this has never happened and she was super rude and refused to do anything to help. Guess you get what you paid for. I took time to take pictures to show you so you don't leave crying and in pain like I did. Felt very ripped off and not cared for at all! Also using same unclean files on everyone so not COVID safe!

Best pedicures. They take their time, provide great service and make it a true spa treatment.They not not use graters like some places in the sane area.
