The best experience i have ever had. I am healthy as a result of going to surrey weight loss clinic and have found a new lease on life. My friends tell me I look 20 years younger and I truly feel it. Thank you sukhy for being the best coach, guide and inspiration to me and all your Clint’s.

Best decision I ever made coming here. Been coming only 6 weeks but I've had changes that I didn't think was possible. Have lost 23 lbs in 6 weeks. Food is super good. If you are having doubts then don't, just do it. I was super hesitant before and I'm glad my wife convinced me. Just have patience, it's a process and it really works. Trust me, I'm the last person to come review anything but because of the changes in me and others that I know are doing the program, I'd recommend this program to anyone looking for change as I want others to feel good as I have!!! Big thanks to Sukhy and Nav at the clinic for their knowledge and support during the process of the program, you two are awesome!

I came here to change my life. I was not happy, no clothes fit and I didn’t want to shop for new clothes. I felt miserable. I had no energy and felt angry all the time. Now I feel happy, optimistic, no cravings and I now know what to eat to increase my energy and stay lean. The staff here are kind and caring.

I lost 60 lb., I loved the program, I followed it as I was instructed and got results in timely manner. Now, my goal is to keep the weight off when I start eating regular food.Sukhi and Staff are very helpful and answered my all questions through WhatsApp ( in between my in person weekly appointment)My suggestions is to follow word by word instructions and protocol to get desire results on timely manner. If I could give zero stars I would. Sukhi is a horrible coach. She doesn’t care about your goals she only cares about how much food you buy. When I started, instead of asking what I could afford she dumped everything in a basket and told me I had to get it and it was almost $400 the first week. Unnecessary. When I would come in the first thing she would tell me is to get food. She would tell me to get more snacks when you only need one, and all these drink mixes. Didn’t have my wallet one day and said I would be back, instead of weighing me in she told me to go get my wallet.. also she over charges for her items. If you go to Pharmasave in cloverdale they even have sales on their ideal protein foods! And they sell them in individual packets so you can mix and matchS I got a whole case of Mac and cheese, 2 frosted desserts, and 2 breakfast packages for literally $20 all together. Stick to Nav if you can but beware of sukhi. Will continue my journey else where, where someone actually cares about me and not just my money!

I highly recommend Sukhi and Nav as coaches for your weight loss journey. Sukhi is an amazing coach who pushes you towards your goals and keeps you motivated, even when you feel like giving up. I can't thank them enough for their support. They are both fantastic coaches!
