Not recommended at all! they found a way to create a totally fake comment, how can you say it's a good agency when the moment you need them they don't answer anymore, when they just hang up your calls when you're trying to cancel! how can anyone suggest it when they will falsely make you believe that you're only going to pay 0.10% on all your credit card and get a bill that says that your effective rate is 3%! stay away from these scammers especially with those fake comments!!

I have been with Cardium since November of 2022 and would recommend them to any small business owners. Truly the best payments company you will find in my opinion. Equipment is easy to use and pricing is clear & fair. I’ve experienced excellent customer service from day one - most recently I spoke with Cedric who was exceptionally helpful. It’s refreshing to find a company like this today!

I have been very pleased with everyone I have dealt with at Cardium & my rep Sandy .I love their positive attitude. From signing up to processing my first transaction, everything went smoothly and quickly. This is in stark contrast to my last processing company, where the risk department seemed completely clueless and just presented me with issues to deal with. I didn't feel like I was an affiliate and felt like the bot was trying to get away from the company. Cardium has no lease contract requirements, and with transparent prices you know exactly what you’re signing up for. In addition we found the hardware simple to work with. Sales rep was quick to respond and the customer service seems ok so far.

I had the opportunity to deal with Kevin Tremblay at Cardium.He was very good with me to explain everything I need for my company. I chose the Nuland 900 and took 4 machines for my restaurants and I have been using it for 6 months. We had one issue once with one terminal but was solved right away with the 24/7 customer service line.I highly recommend Kevin at Cardium and their amazing rates!!

I do not recommend!! Stay away from 200$ of fix cost per month with 90$ for a disgusting Elavon device! how can anyone make sens to pay this much! they lie to you by saying that you're going to save so much by paying only 0,10% on credit card, and after that justify it to pay 90$ for a device! and then you do the math with your statement that never comes and my average % is 3.5%!!!
