Absolute Auto Body Shop

Edit: so they finally called. My car was first supposed to be ready by Friday. Nope. Then they told me Monday. Nope. Tuesday they called, left a message, and said it was ready. I tried calling back to confirm but couldn’t get through to them. So, I dropped off my rental car, took an Uber to the shop, arriving at 4:35. Their website says they close at 6, the sign on the door says 5. No one was here! Now I have no car yet and will have to take time off work to get it. The “Absolute” in their name stands for “Absolutely Awful Customer Service.” Avoid this place like the PLAUGE - if I could give zero stars I would.They presently have my car as I have an ICBC claim. They have not told me when it will be ready, and I’m running out of money for the rental vehicle ICBC has given me. When I try to call the shop no one answers. I’ve emailed with no response. I will be driving by there after work today to get some answers but it’s getting ridiculous. They’ve had my car for almost two weeks now and there has been very little communication.

Zafir was an absolute professional when it comes to dealing with customers. I came in to have my front grill replaced and he provided me a fair quite right on the spot. He even gave me options on how to procure the parts and texted me the specs. The job was done in less than half a day to utmost perfection and within budget. I recommend Zafir and Absolute Autobody to my family and friends!

DONT SAY i did not warn you. Got my truck back from this place after they left it out in the snow and rain for two months and it was moldy and stunk inside they did not even clean it out. Also good getting anyone to answer the phone at tis place. To boot i was supposed to get a courtesy car and was promisedone day after day but never got7 one.

Brought my car here and things were taking way to long. I kept calling the shop and no answer so i went there and asked whats taking so long. The guy workingh there said they were waiting for parts. I asked which ones and he told me the glove compartment and stereo. I told him i was not claiming the glove compartment and stereo. I got upset because my car shouild have been done the following week. Its going on 2 and 1/2 months. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS

Know one that works here knows anytyhing about my claim when i ask why they are not fixing it yet. They are saying that the guy who was working on it had quit. My car has been there almost 3 months

Not sure if this place is still in buisness, i have called there a half dozen times and no answer. I cant say that i would want my car beinmg fixed at a place where you can never get ahold of them.

Absolute Autobody worked on my Tesla recently and I found them to be extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable and amazing craftsmen(PC?). I would recommend Mike and his crew to anybody any time. My car looks brand new again.

Have vehicle at this place needs a windshield and couple little things from a vandalism for going on two months now. Ive been by the shop 2 times to complain about how long this is taking. ICBC calls me says the owner says i was rude so doesnt want to do the work and tried to say i was rude to him etc. I told him i write bad reviews if my car doesnt get fixed pronto and the guy stil has yet to tel me they started fixing my car. Now hes trying to get me to just take a payout from ICBC for the damages.. I am completely confused as to why this place cant fix two tires , windshield , drivers window and an ignition . This should have been done in the first week it was there. The car was towed there around the 5th of Jan 2023

Tok my car here to get a couple tyhings fixed that shoould have only taken a week total. After a month went by i went to the shop and ask why they have not started working on my car and i was told that they are still waiting for the glove box that they are havingh trouble finding the same colour. I told the guy that i am not claiming for a glove box and not one time did the words gflove box were said in talking to ICBC or this shop prior to this day. I told him to please fix just what i claimed damaged.,This was 2 months ago/ They have yet to start fixing my car.

We were in a bind and needed to get our car fixed fast. The manager Moe gave us a quick estimate, got us in fast and got it done in 2 days..I'm quite sure no where else in the mainland can do that. They even waited for us to pick it up on a Friday after they closed. Thanks so much !!!
