I started doing meditation with Tammy about 12 months ago. I was looking for something that would help me relax when I chose - even just for a few minutes. With a hectic high pressure job and a busy life I needed down time. This has worked perfectly. I love the classes (and the group of people), and the way we discuss each meditation afterwards. I use this in my everyday life (literally) for example yesterday I had dental surgery which normally would stress me out, but I closed my eyes, focused on my breath and took a walk in my mind, didn't mind it one bit. At night I do the same and let go of everything from that day. At work if it's too crazy I take just 10 minutes and relax all my muscles one by one... then i'm refreshed and ready for anything. I just find this class (and most of all Tammy) has given me a whole level of relaxation in my life that I didn't have before. I would highly recommend meditation with Tammy, it could change your life.

I depend on Tammy's yoga and meditation classes for my physical and emotional well-being. Tammy is a gentle, spiritual person, a natural teacher, and she makes a personal connection with each of her students. Her yoga classes are suitable for everyone, as she takes care to instruct us how to do each pose safely, and describes adjustments to each move for various physical challenges or level of ability. Take one of Tammy's classes, and leave refreshed and relaxed!

Tammy is a gifted yoga teacher and hooked me into her wonderful class ages ago with her warmth, enthusiasm and knowledge. Each class was different, and it wasn't just yoga. Tammy incorporated knowledge of many healing modalities into the various stretches and moves we did. All student levels and abilities were addressed, and Tammy encouraged us to push a little, but without competition or pain! I highly recommend these yoga classes to anyone. She is a gentle and kind soul.

Tammy is an amazing Yoga (and Meditation) teacher. She provides many options so every level of “Yogi” can have a great experience. I look forward to her classes every week and always feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually during and after the class. Tammy is a beautiful person, with a wonderful sense of humour and she effortlessly makes every class fun too. I have been doing Yoga for many years and can honestly say hands down, that Tammy is the best teacher I’ve ever had.

Tammy is nothing, but awesome. She is such a kind, caring, thoughtful individual that runs the best yoga classes. They are super easy to follow and she is great at providing different levels of difficulty so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend.
