We had the privilege of working with Amanda and her team for our daughter’s outdoor wedding. WOW, what a team!! Their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly approach made the event a true success. Amanda is very knowledgeable and experienced. She provided recommendations for our drinks menu, as well as accurate amounts and choices of alcohol for us to purchase. The team took care of absolutely everything else: from mixers and garnishes, to a gorgeously printed and framed menu, to memorizing all our guests’ preferences! Amanda, Tatum, Megan and Gaby made us feel in great hands from the moment we started planning until the end of the night! Thank you!!

We had Ottawa Mobile Bartenders for my daughter's Wedding Reception at the Aviation Museum, and they were amazing! They helped with planning prep beforehand, permit, drink ideas, what to purchase, all our many questions, but most of all they delivered well above all expectations on the big day! We had a bit of a shortfall with the caterer doing table service, but this team jumped right in to cover the gap, all to our guest's enjoyment. They made it all so smooth and resolved all our concerns during the night. All our guests said everything was wonderful, and this team was a big part of making the reception a wonderful occasion! I will gladly have them for any future occasions needing a bartending service.

We chose Ottawa Mobile Bartenders to serve our open bar for our wedding of approximately 230 people on May 25th, 2019. Amanda and her team exceed our expectations at every turn!From helping us find an option that worked with our budget, to providing us with insight about what sort/quantities of alcohol to purchase for our crowd, they were very clear and helpful in their communication, and we never had to wait long for a response. We also had a Harry Potter-inspired wedding, and Amanda helped us come up with some options for the drink menu within the parameters of the package we selected, allowing us to highlight our theme without adding additional costs.On the wedding day, Amanda personally saw to it that we were always looked after, and worked very well with all of our (many) other vendors. The level of professionalism and service was highly impressive. We would definitely use their services again, and cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to hold a large event serving alcohol.

We had booked Ottawa Mobile Bartenders for our 2020 wedding. Like many other couples, the pandemic had us change our big plans. Amanda was so accommodating and kind as we struggled to land on a new plan for our reception and was completely understanding when we ultimately needed to completely cancel our reservation. The compassion that we were met with was appreciated more than we could ever express. The customer service was excellent even before the pandemic!
