After trying to cut a lemon with my mother's knives, I realized she was at risk of hurting herself. Every knife in her drawer was as dull as a toddler's kitchen set. Patrick offered to help her out and sharpened the knives immediately. We had them within thirty minutes and they are better than ever! Thank you for keeping my mother safe!

I've had him sharpen my knives multiple times. I have a spyderco which is not cheap. I trust him 100% always perfect hair splitting sharp. Recommend!
