Venus is the best landlord! You’ll be so lucky if you’re blessed to have her! Boardwalk always keep their word about everything. The staff here are great and the overall community is incredibly welcoming. As someone who has never lived on their own before, this has really been the easiest and smoothest experience.

My motor to my furnace seized up and I called the office to speak with Venus, she is one of the most amazing service reps I have ever spoken with. She is always there for me to address any concerns I have. I appreciate her very much. James had come over to fix my motor in the furnace and he was very responsive, he had the parts and acted quickly to ensure that it was fixed right away. He knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable man, very respectful and defiantly knows what he is doing. Way to go James and Venus :) You are amazing :)

Village Plaza is the most wonderful place i have ever lived, and its a place where i can call home. They have a very kind and professional staff , especially Venus, she is the most amazing, friendly and welcoming person to deal with. I am highly recommending my family, friends and everybody to call boardwalk home.

Village plaza is wonderful place to call home. It's neat and the neighbors are quit friendly. They have professional staff members and my most favorite staff member is Venus. She is very professional and polite. I highly recommend Village plaza to anyone looking for a home.

After visiting many other rental properties, I felt that Village Plaza was well run, clean and a great place to live. Venus always greeted us with a warm smile, and answered all of our questions truthfully and promptly. I would recommend Village Plaza to anyone that is looking for a clean, comfortable place to live.

We have lived here for 7 years now and was at Boardwalk Arms for 20 years prior to that. We got this place on very short notice when my step-kids came here from another country and the transfer was really easy. Venus is the manager here and is really friendly and Freddy the maintainence guy is as well. If there is a problem, they are usually on it right away. All-in-all, I would recommend Village Plaza!

Village Plaza
Village plaza has been our home for just over a year. We will continue to rent through boardwalk. I've had no issues whatsoever. I have previous recommended boardwalk, and I will continue to do so. Venus, the on-site manager, she has been amazing. She goes above and beyond and she is so kind and understanding. Having on-site maintenance gives me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about. My daughter even forgot her house keys one day and maintenence let her in our building. Definitely a life savor. I was at work. Boardwalk is overall a wonderful place to rent from.

Well maintained building. Staff are effective, friendly and fair. Lease renegotiation was quickly completed with good terms and I did not have to push for a reasonable renewal offer. Excellent proximity to Catholic Jr High/High school. No issues with vandalism/theft in lot or elsewhere. They even arranged a disabled spot for us and got us into the unit closest to the lot when we explained our physical difficulties.
