Excellent work, professional, great customer service, go out of their way to answer questions. Brought my toyota in for hit and run repair and used opportunity to do a ceramic coating at my cost. Long process but my car looks brand new. Pleasantly surprised by how intensely they cleaned the inside of my car. I am glad that I chose Spinelli body shop through my insurance coy. Their work exceeded my expectations and worth every penny. Be patient because it takes time to do amazing body work. Highly recommend.

I just did repair there my scion tc white 2013 . i had deep bum on side off the bumper and paint was peel off they did really good job paint was match bum is gone overall i was very happy my car was wash and very shine

My insurer pointed me to this body shop for repair, go there get the estimation done, schedule the appointment for the repair all is good. Arrive the day they take my car give me the location car, explain to me the contract, they tell me once I get called I have 24 hour to go and retrieve my car, okay no problem. Today I get called and I am told Your car is ready and you can pick it up after 4:30 pm" okay

Worst bodyshop so far, repared the bumper because of the accident, and then the bumper is not fixed correctly to the car .. brought the car to this carrosserie and the couselor blamed me right a way and he said it's my fault but then he agreed to fix it .. but after a month, he called me back to fix the bumper (very long time) .. and then few weeks later I noticed there is the same problem again and this time he blamed me right away (if he can tell me that it's not possible to fix it correctly, I can accept but the fact that he blames the customer, just wow) never never trust these guys again . Warranty ? better to not have it ... they always tried to blame the owner of the car .

Extremely disappointed with the service !The front desk needs to step-up with their customer service skills and the clerk needs to loose the attitude.I chose this place to have our Infinity fixed after an accident …and I chose wrong !Disappointed with the reception and with body shop manager as well.After picking up the car we noticed some rattles and left a message, no follow up yet !I will definitely take our business elsewhere.
