It's like this location isn't an actual Tim Hortons, like it's some worse knock-off version. I've waited 10x longer for my food here than any of their other stores, and everything is either cold, badly made, or made incorrect. The only real point of going to this location is because it's on Queen's campus, but with so many better options close by, I rarely go here.In short, it's certainly a Tim Hortons.

I waited for over AN HOUR in line just to order. I got a grilled cheese, potato wedges and a coffee with Oat Milk. They put Almond milk in my coffee instead of the oat milk like i asked for. Never going to this Tim Hortons ever again. The worst one I have ever been to. I wish I could give it 0 stars, the lineup didn’t look that bad at first, but I waited for an hour. Ridiculous.

Please explain to me why there was a massive line of students waiting, meanwhile 3/4 of the elderly employees were standing around in a circle talking and laughing like they were on a gossip break, leaving the poor young girl to manage the cash register, retrieve the food and make drinks all at once! Ridiculous, Queen's needs to hire more qualified and competent employees.

Consistently slow service throughout the school year with a menu that is missing some of the usual Tim's items. Beware, the line may look short but you may end up waiting an hour.

I waited for 20 minutes while there were only five people in the line before me. The lady with a bad attitude, talked to me like I was going to a kindergarten. Whoever runs this location, if they are not gonna fix this place, at least reopen the one in JDUC or hire some real employees. By the way, no channel to complain, they just do whatever they want, and you just have to bear it if you want to get some Tims on campus. And now they serve unloaded loaded wraps now.

Awesome service, and good food. Despite being the busiest Timhortons location around town, they deliver unwavering good service, and food. Their hours are reasonable as well, if it is stated they open and close at x-hour they honor it on the dot. Maybe, every other Timhortons can take a lesson from this location.

Customer service is very poor. Drive Thro' person was abrupt and in a hurry. Didn't wait to take complete order in addition lady at the pick up counter was very rude. Please retrain your staff !

I have no idea how Queen's has not addresses the wait times over the years. There is no reason that one of the most, if not the most, popular quick food place on campus operates this slowly. I should be able to get through the line and get a bagel between classes. In a half-hour the line moved for 8 people.

Visited this location recently. Wanted an Ice Capp, but after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I'm told the machine is done. Fair enough, things do break down, but why is it so difficult for the staff to post a sign indicating just that. Sorry
