Sure Fire Gas is the best I have seen when it comes to fireplaces, I cannot praise them enough! We purchased a Valor fireplace four years ago from a different dealer and had nothing but problems with it. After three different servicemen could not fix it my friend suggested I call Lori at Sure Fire Gas. I spoke with her on the phone, explained the issues and Lori said the magic word - ALAN! This young man walked in to our house with a smile on his face, took the fireplace apart and in no time found the problem. The fireplace was not properly installed, it was missing two air restrictors at the back. Not even Valor themselves could figure out why our fireplace was not working properly but ALAN did. After four years we can finally enjoy our fireplace thanks to Alan from Sure Fire Gas!

We know Sure Fire Gas because our building uses them to perform annual checkups and maintenance. We called them for an one-off job and the owner Kim was really accommodating and returned my call right away. As soon as we could confirm our schedule with them, they were able to schedule us in and sent one of their staff over to perform the work. Joel did an excellent job with our fireplace. We are really pleased with the work and they were able to help us out right away even during their super busy schedule. Highly recommended!

Sure Fire Gas Fireplaces And Service
These guys are professional. I've dealt with them 3 times now over the last year and a half - twice for annual check ups and once for a fireplace issue where the fire lights up but wont stay on. The two annual check ups - they were in and out, super professional, informative, and friendly. The other time was today when I called them. The owner (Kim) picked up and walked me through diagnosing the issue and we fixed it over the phone. Save me money, them a trip, and now my place can be warm again in this freezing weather. 10/10 service from these guys, would recommend if you have any fireplace issues or questions etc. My cats are also happy the fireplace is back on.

Just recently purchased a Valor insert from Sure Fire. Kim and Alan were awesome to deal with. If you want excellent service, this is the company to deal with. They also do an excellent job servicing the fireplaces in our condo complex.

Can’t recommend Sure Fire Gas Fireplaces enough! Kim and Alan exceeded our expectations from start to finish! We didn’t expect to actually have our new Valour gas fireplace installed before Christmas but they came through! Alan was extremely professional, so knowledgeable and even though taking our old fireplace out was a tough job, he handled it brilliantly without a complaint. We investigated purchasing elsewhere but we are thrilled to have been able to find what we needed right here in Mission. Would recommend this company to anyone that appreciates expert service, quality products, reasonable prices and great people to get the job done. Love our new Valour. There customer service that deals with appointments needs help. It was difficult to get an appointment and they always say they'll get back to you, but I was impressed. The technician that came to our house had excellent etiquette. It didn't take him long to solve our problems and made us feel comfortable for having a stranger in our house, especially during this epidemic. I believe the technician's name was Darcy, great job and thank you.

Everyone here is a professional and lovely to deal with. They are a bit difficult to get a hold of sometimes but they will go above and beyond to get back to you. Laurie is always amazing and Travis was very professional and courteous with our repairs.

Many thanks to Travis and McKenzie for their exemplary service to our faltering gas fireplace. They returned a second time (through no fault of their own) and without charge to resolve an unusual wiring issue. They cleaned and inspected the fireplace and left me confident that everything is up to code. Sure Fire technicians were pleasant, professional and prompt.

Sure Fire Gas Fireplaces And Service
I contacted the Sure Fire Gas Services to help fix my fireplace which was not turning on. I spoke to Kim. He was very friendly and right away started giving me tips on how to fix it myself (make sure all the knobs are turned on etc). I sent some pictures and he was able to point out the problem (wire was off). He was amazing and a pleasure to deal with. While I no longer need my fireplace fixed today, I will be asking them to look after my fireplace for a yearly inspection. Also his quote to me for a single visit was very affordable compared to other companies offering similar services. Thanks guys!
