Bowglen Medical Centre

I absolutely love my family dr he takes such good care of me and my whole family ! He’s truly the best dr I’ve ever had to the point I drive 45 min to his office he listens and gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my heath or my babies, however the front staff are the absolute worst they need to be replaced!

What a terrible experience at this clinic. They are completely unorganized, extremely rude staff that do not know their own protocols and procedures.Avoid this place at all costs and find a doctor and staff who actually care about the health of their patients.I will be reporting them to the college of physicians immediately.

I have had pleasant experiences with the doctors at this clinic.The reception staff are frustrating to deal with and have made me consider finding a new clinic.Phone calls during business hours are frequently sent to voicemail on the first ring, voicemail suggests leaving a message or booking an appointment on the website.Doing either of these will never get you an appointment, as these are not checked or responded too. You are better off calling until they answer.They can take several days to fax paperwork to your pharmacy

I trust Dr. Ali implicitly, but since he moved to Bowglen, the staff makes me so angry. They are incompetent. I left briefly simply because of the staff. But Dr. Ali is a great doctor, so I returned. His staff infuriates me with the incompetence. It is not pleasant to be so upset, so often; to be hung up on; to have to travel an extra hour because of the wrong home kit.I am out of medication because they faxed it to the wrong pharmacy, and if I crash, it is their fault.These young women need to be replaced with qualified staff that knows medical reception well!

Dr. Ali was my family doctor when I lived here many years ago. He was able to take my husband and I back. As always, he is very personable and friendly. He remembers his patients and listens to their concerns. Solid family doctor.

Dr alaweye is a very good and kind doctor that I have seen for a while that is why I have to stay with him even if I moved to the other side of the city.He explains things in a way that you can understand and he also give you a time.thanks dr stay blessed.

I went to this walk-in clinic today around 11h30, less then one hour wait, very nice staff and Dr. Renu was amazing! She really listened and took the time to find the best solution for me. I’m glad I didn’t listen to other people’s review. This clinic is really good!

I moved to Bowglen because my family doctor moved. I can say I have not been impressed with Bowglen. As much as I still like the doctor. Their clinic service is trash. Booking is difficult. Then they try to cancel my appointment for whatever reason. The last straw is I am at the diagnostic centre right now and I realised the requisition form has nothing ticked or marked for my test. Someone in the admin/reception gave me a blank form. They all need to be gone as all reviews here seems to point to good Doctor bad clinic management. I am livid.——Going through the reviews and I realized no one from Bowglen cares about the reviews they only responded to good ones and ignore others concerns. So this will probably be same.

I have recently moved to Bowglen Medical Centre and am very impressed with the staff there. Dr. Gumede is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and his support staff are very pleasant and competent.

Dr.Ali is great. I have been with him since 5 years. He is well understandable and good listening Clinican.
