Pleasant experience. Michael was helpful. Needed a support on International warranty for Unitron hearing aid. This is my best experience with hearing aid provider ever. Mike was very helpful, he went way beyond regular service. Thank to him I got my hearing aid within two months, along with all formalities necessary with WSIB. The other provider I visited, put everything on me, caring only about money. Mike’s follow up is also excellent.
