Every time I visit this store I feel something is wrong with them but couldn't identify - thought may be lack of customer service skill. This time I ordered something online and my son went to pick it up and he made the same comment. Then we discussed together along with my wife we we came to the conclusion that the employees at this store are racist or xenophobic, the customer service and friendliness (or lack there of) makes it clear that they do not like people of color. I find it disgusting that we are still experiencing this sort of disrespect especially in such a diverse city. I will be going out of my way to not shop at this location ever again.

Had the sweetest interaction I've had in a long time here! I needed a shovel to bury a recently deceased baby critter that I had been attempting to take care of and a young associate was so kind and helpful in which one I would have the easiest time with. She displayed genuine empathy for the situation, which I'm so sure wouldnt have received in a lot of other places. I forgot to get her name but she deserves a lot of praise for her wonderful customer service!!

Probably the worst home hardware I have ever dealt with. Very unhelpful and unwilling to assist me with finding a thermostat that will work for a four pipe fan coil with three speed fan.This store gives Home Hardware a bad name

I go to this store at least twice a week, they greet you well, guide you well and have an acceptable inventory

What can I say? We're trying to support business in the neighborhood the people at this particular home hardware make it impossible to support them! The lack of knowledge and customer service is simply a fatal combo to this business like this. The gentlemania store was convincing me that an engineered quartz was a natural stone!!!! When I said that's not accurate he really forgot his manners. Really guys you can do much better than this and keep your business alive in these tough times.

Yo I bought a Drexel and it doesn't work the guy says no returns

The staff was very helpful I was looking for toilet parts and a new faucet for a friend's place the guy helping me was very informative and helpful. Got exactly what I was looking for and left feeling good about my purchase experience.

I love the personal shopping experience that I receive from staff every single time that I shop here. From the moment you walk in, the staff on cash will greet you hello. All questions are knowledgeably and patiently answered by staff and they walk you to a section that you need, not give you the hand wave towards the area. Special shout out to Kevin who always provides excellent help and advice.

Came to the store to buy some nails- they told me that it cost 12CAD per pound, the cashier told me it weighed half pound so I need to pay 6CAD - it was strange because I had only 10 nails inside- when I got back home I weighed it and it was 0.022 pound! When I called to the store and told them they just hang up the phone. So rude! We live near by and we will NEVER buy again there.. this is why they need to scam people because the customers won’t come back.
