It's always packed, even if you order your drink in advanced you won't get it any faster. The girl at the front was nice and the one handing out drinks didn't even try to pronounce peoples names right. (She pronounced mine like deesya....)

I ALWAYS get impeccable service and a delicious drink at this location. The manager Staff are always happy and friendly. even if there is a bit of a line they get things through as fast as possible and are worth the wait!! Alana is a great manager and Mackenzie is my favorite barista!! Thank you for the awesome service! <3

amazing location, pleassse just be a bit better at the mobile orders though. everytime I’ve placed one it sits behind the counter for 10 minutes before I can even get someone’s attention to pass it to me. definitely in need of a better system for that

This place is always busy! I put in an order online since the line was long and it said 10mins…I walked up after 5 just to check and it was done!! I ordered the strawberry matcha for the first time and I loved it!! You still definitely taste the matcha…the strawberries give it a slight sweetness when you eat it. Strawberries also fit well through the sipper. Did not need to adjust the order. Must try!

Very long wait. This is not impressive. They where out of hot chocolate. Then we paid for a brownie and cake pops. They had no brownies and spent 10 mins waiting for them to find something that was not sold out. They offered a grilled cheese and we accepted. However not great. Everything is sold out.
