Above and Beyond Petcare

Working with Above and Beyond Petcare to arrange for services for my two dogs while I was out of town was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beth is professional and prompt in her communications. The Meet and Greet was well worth the charge and left us feeling like both the pet setter and walker were engaged in and committed to our dogs’ well-being while in their care. While we were away, we received daily updates with photos. Our dogs looked so happy in the pictures. Normally when we return home after kennelling our dogs one of them is quite anxious. Returning home after having them with the pet sitter for a week was amazing. Both dogs were relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely use these services in the future. Thank you!

This wonderful company has been a great help when we adopted our two year old Samoyed. The walkers really helped develop social skills and relieve the anxiety our pup had. Through the four years of services we had many walkers who were all dedicated, professional and truly had a love of dogs. Calum was INCREDIBLEThere are actually no words to express our gratitude.He checked in every day, sent photos and videos, continued with macaroons training, snugged and loved the entire crew.I was so stressed going away for two weeks, and Calum met my anxiety with compassion and understanding.The house was left in impeccable condition. I have had the pleasure of using Above and Beyond Pet care for a few years now and would never use anyone one else! I very much appreciate the great service and care they provided for my three cats. Really makes taking a small vacation easier when you have someone that cares for your pets as if they were their own. Daily pictures and info about each visit is great.Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Beth is very attentive to ensuring her client’s dogs get matched with a walker who is the best fit. Our dog Brodi was strong and required patience. Beth made sure to pair him with someone from her team who would reinforce the training we were doing with him. Beth also used her network to introduce us to a trainer who we worked with on specific behaviours. This was a great help for us and we appreciated Beth’s suggestions and support for Brodi.

Stella and I had a great experience with the team at Above & Beyond pet care. I was lucky to meet both Courtney and Monika during my time and loved both of them. They were always on time, responsive and flexible if I needed dates changed. My favourite part was the updates after each walk which always included some cute photos!10/10 would recommend.

Our pet sitter was Natasha and she was fantastic! She made us feel very comfortable while we were away and many of the neighbours commented on how much she was out walking the dogs as well. The morning pics and updates put a smile on our faces while we were gone and the house was perfectly clean when we got home too.Look forward to using A&B again to take care of the pups next time we're away!
