This is hands-down the most positive experience I've ever had with contractors. Our problem was quite simple - a guttering light and some plugs that don't work. What was most impressive was the electricians communication skills. They were able to make sense of our somewhat confused account of what was wrong and quickly and professionally establish what needed to be done. They were exceptionally pleasant and extremely quick, and very fair about billing. I'd highly recommend Steinmetz Electric!

The guys at Steinmetz really helped me out. They squeezed me in at the end of their work day so that I would have a light to cook by in the kitchen.They also fixed two other electrical plugs that had been wired incorrectly, when I mentioned they were not operational.Great service!

So it was time to get rid of our knob and tube and I proceeded to look for an electrician. I received two quotes and was impressed with Joe, the owner of Steinmetz. He was quick to response with a quote and patient while waiting for my decision. After I signed the contract with Steinmetz they started work on the taxing job in a reasonable amount of time. Joe and his employees were most efficient and knowledgeable. They tacked the job with a good plan that went as smooth as could be. They tried to limit the mess" of hole drilling and cutting which made me very happy. They were always on time and worked steadily all day without any complaints. They finished everything to my complete satisfaction which everyone who visited since has agreed. Joe was able to help me change an outlet at my office and he did a panel repair at my home as well which were both done very quickly and professionally. The work was to replace a regular timer for outdoor lighting with an Astro timer. The work was completed as expected, on time, on budget and with quality. This solution was better than our original request for a photocell and much more affordable.

We just had a pool installed and Joe and his team did all the electrical for the pool, wiring the cabana including installing pot lights, converting our hot tub to 240 and upgrading our electrical panel including installing a 240 for our car charger. The service and quality of work from his team was outstanding, Joe was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer questions and resolve any issues.
