I own A 40 ft motor home..Took it to Mack Truck so it could pass a quality inspection to make it to Calgary...had to bring back due to no signal lights for some reason they drove it down the highway and overdrove it all my possessions were tossed around ..returned to me at half power...was not told to return to shop... was told sorry not my problem by Norm Sales service rep..DO NOT TAKE YOUR R.V. TO THIS PLACE....can't even fix my blinkers UNBELIEVABLE..

The mechanics and shop manager have done absolutely everything to my vehicles since I had some horrible experiences elsewhere. I wish I knew about them earlier.From Commercial Vehicle Inspections to major overhauls and engine swaps the crew at Mack have only left me impressed and never upset by a single bill. They get my vote for everything engine related. The moment they start providing service for cranes and bucket truck lifts I'll be giving them even more!They go out of their way every time to explain what's going on so I have a better understanding of my vehicle operation and maintenance. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't let them work on my lawnmower, they are over priced for the work taking twice as long as other shops and terrible with communication. 28 k later for a clutch and transmission work , we are switching back to Kenworth just so we don't have to deal with Mack Langford. Couldn't get any answers about what was going on had to call Mack Nanaimo and ask to speak to the owner to get any answers and then surprise here's a bill for 28k
