I had a terrible experience dealing with this notary. It was my first time to purchase a property in QC, I know nothing about the legal aspects. Since this notary was appointed by the developer, we the buyers have no choice.Her office made a mistake during COVID-19 and never admitted it. They had given the bank instructions to transfer the mortgage before I signed the mortgage document. I only realized when my account was charged with mortgage payments. Then I was forced into signing the deed of sale.Now I found some major quality problems in the property I am living in. So did other neighbors.Other co-owners also complained her attitude as well as her secretary and disorganization of her office, such as misplacing client's personal files, errors in the documents, rushed explanations about the legal documents, etc. What unbearable is their attitude towards non-Francophone minority ethnic clients by abusing the client's limited language communicative abilities. They don't care because it is a given business.STAY AWAY and ask for good reference when choosing a notary service!!
