I was very appreciative of the quick response time. I called and they were out to give an estimate in under 2 hours. They completed the job immediately after the estimate was agreed upon. The workers showed up in their professional uniforms and were very nice and polite.

We give major kudos to the Junk King men that assisted with our yard waste removal today! They kept us updated before arrival and after midway truck dump, gave us a fair price, and worked in 80° weather with upbeat attitudes and no complaints. Junk King accepts cash and credit card which is very convenient to the consumer. To Trenton & Kacey (apologies if spelling is incorrect) - thank you very much for your hard work today! Showed up on time and removed a large pile of bricks for me. They got the job done quickly and swept up the area when they were finished. Price was very reasonable. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone I spoke to was super professional. Both on the phone when I called and the lead mover on the day. The price seemed a little high to move a couch out but I needed it out that week and for a good job, I was fine with the price.The problem came in when they needed to saw the couch and sawed into my laminate flooring, leaving a few marks. They didn’t say anything about this. It just left a bad aftertaste and was pretty clear in an empty room.
