The terrarium conditions are insufficient for many of their lizards. It made me really sad to see them in the state they were in.

The one stop for pet supplies in downtown Granby! If they don't have what I need they'll get it for me; service is more often than not excellent, most clerks are knowledgeable of their animals and products. They are also connected to a second store located near the mall area.

I'm so upset right now. I travelled 30 min just to go to this store because of their large reptile sectio . I wanted a halogen uva uvb heat lam . I found it for 24$ but the box was very dusty as if it was old. I asked a clerk and they said no it's fine. I have used it for 4 days and it just died, it should have lasted months. I can't get my money back and I won't shop their again!

We went there to purchase fish for our aquarium and we got amazing service. The man who helped us really knew what he was talking about and could give us advice on what fish to get knowing what fish we already had.

Went to see about hermit crabs, had some nice size ones, was about to buy some then saw that they had alot of little things crawling on them.thats not good for them.they need to take better care of them at least! Before selling
