Great all round experience for every level of fitness, size, or weight.It's a 55 minute class with tempo music that gets you going from treadmill to water rower and finally floor exercises in alternance .It's based on a formula that uses your heart beats changing rate while performing exercises.Just go and try it, there is no smoothie barTo chat, it's strictly business, in a clean modern studio....you exercise , you get dressed, you go home. No one to impress but yourself with that days results and score, My2cents

This is by far the best work out i have ever had. Engaging coaches, an ever changing workout program, motivating results. And.they are extremely vigilant and respectful of COVID measures. Well worth the investment!

I love OTF. It pushes me to push myself in ways I never knew I could. I feel healthier and stronger than I ever have. After every workout, there’s a great sense of accomplishment. Coaches and staff at OTF Rosemere are great too! Merci

Best place to workout in brossard, i’ve tried all gyms and there is none as this, it is obvious coaches like their job always a big smile and ready to help you with your goals, honestly it is worth your money.

The class is really good, no complaints, trainer is attentive and nice. The thing is how you justify yourself paying 100$ for the heart rate tracker (plus the monthly fee of at least 69$) when I can use my Fitbit and train at that popular gym for 12$ a month?

I joined a couple of months ago and I just wanted to say WOW! Class is SO much fun! Orange Theory makes working out so much simpler and makes you want to push yourself to the maximum. All I have to do is show up and I will naturally put all my effort into it. Class goes by so fast and the rewarding feeling at the end makes it all worth it. It also helped me boost my cardio which in return helps me perform better at my Bootcamp classes. The staff is also great!
