Nice, knowledgeable, helpful was the man on duty on August 2. He helped me with scanning my car’s computer and diagnosing an engine light. He was very understanding of my car issue. Many manythanks!

Excellent service. Had developed a transmission problem on way back from Labrador at 3pm. Diagnosed the problem as a worn transmission cooler. Had us in immediately, replaced the cooler while we waited! They even stayed after hours to get us moving again! The service was fantastic, I was surprised as to how fair the invoice was! The counter staff was friendly and very helpful and the best coffee (free!) I had in a week. Would highly recommend!!

As new visitors to Newfoundland, we received excellent service from Simmons Tires. We must speak to their generosity and pass on the pure kindness we receive to others. We especially thank Mr. Sean for his help. We were faced with a flat tire without any spares and he lent our shop tires to move our car to safety. Then they effectively fixed our car and spared our trip from being sabotaged.

Had a flat tire just as soon as we got to deer lake at 5 pm on a Friday. Called Simmons tire and they did not hesitate to help us even tho they were closing at 530 and not open the weekend. The service was remarkable and wonderful. Saved us a trip to corner Brook. Highly recommend !!!

I used to rely on Simmons Tire to service our diesel engine as it has to be serviced by a licensed diesel mechanic. Up until recently, they'd have a mechanic on site within a day as it's a safety concern. I called May 30 and was expecting a mechanic the next day but no one showed up. A week later, June 7, I called and talked to the GM and he said he'll see what he could do". Called again today

Wr can't say enough about this place. This morning we stopped there because we were having some issues with our windshieldIn no time we were being taken care of and they fixed our problem. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the man who took care of us but we did thank him. We want everyone to know that this is a great place to take your vehicle.
