Waited like 30 mins to get a delivery at drive thru. I will not recommend this store for a night after 11. Don’t come and waste time at the drive thru.

This team consistently provides excellent service and food! I come here at least once a month and only receive great food and service! I also love that A&W's has gone more sustainable and green with its wrapping and food!

Came here at night around 12am, January 13, 2023. The person on the shift did not made me the beyond meat burger even though, I had a coupon for 2 teen burger and told that he cannot make a beyond meat burger for me and the funny thing is that my friend just got the beyond meat burger around 8pm, January 12,2023. So, I would advise everyone looking for a midnight snack never come to this place and the person on the shift was named divyajot. I am sorry but the service and the helpfulness of the person on the shift was 0 and looked like he just did not wanted to do the work. Go somewhere else peeps, save your money for better service.

Took kids there and ordered food today. We were in a hurry paid and left. The cashier did not bother giving any receipt but overcharged us 15 dollars. I did not realize until later. Bad experience and will not go again!

Very very slow service I don’t know what they are doing we wait in drive through for almost half an hour…. If we need to wait in drive through for such a long time what is the meaning of drive through….. will never come back

So, each time I come to this location lately (which is every morning) I get greeted with super rude staff.The worse offender is a small angry Indian woman. She couldn't get any order right and argued with multiple people in this exchange. I had ordered 3 LARGE coffees. 2 with espresso shots in them and one black with cream and sweetener on the side. I was given my 2 large black espresso shot coffees even though it didn't look like there was ANY espresso shot put in there, I was told there was 2 per cup. So I said you missed my large black coffee and was argued with that I only ordered the 2 with espresso which was not the case. She made me a MEDIUM 1 cream 1 SUGAR I am diabetic which is why I ordered it BLACK. I was sick of questioning and arguing so I sent my partner in and then he was argued with saying I had ordered exactly what she gave me and that she was right" she then started getting extremely aggressive slamming pots and cups all whilst arguing because apparently we were wrong and she was right.Get some better front line employees. This is NOT who I would EVER want to interact with again.It's Thursday November 10th this happened at 11:22am."

A bit slow on the serving side with only one clerk working and a supervisor looking at him but not helping. The food is good and they obviously use real hamburger, not reconstituted meat, for their burgers. New since are last visit is the self-serve pop dispenser that is common to other fast-food establishments. Tables are clean and the place is kept orderly.

Toast was burnt, eggs were overcooked, hashbrowns were under cooked and the coffee was bitter as hell, so either burnt or bottom of the pot, having sat there for a while. Advised them that the toaster was set to high, burning the toast and the response was, 'ok' before he went on chatting with his friend. Very disappointing. I've had breakfast there numerous times and this was far below the normal A&W standards. I'll probably try them again someday but they won't be my second or third choice going forwards.
