By far the best customer service at any store selling anything in this city. I've been here several times before and since the pandemic broke over here and I am beyond impressed with the lengths these women go to in making sure customers stay safe and healthy. Everyone who works here is incredible, know they're talking about, and will seriously help you improve your relationship with sex. 11/10 can save your marriage.

Spent 200$ yesterday. When I got home the product was defective and didn't work. I was not helped in any way when I tried to exchange. Just told sorry the sales staff is supposed to ensure it works before we sell a product

Have shopped at this store with my wife for years. Purchased over $110.00 the other night March 3, 2022 at around 7:30, in that purchase included two movies. Well we were chatting with the friendly staff member that was working that evening and we didn't realise the actual discs weren't in the cases. We left a message later that night and called the next day and explained the situation. The staff member that my wife spoke with was rude and accused us blaming the staff for the missing discs. It was a simple mistake and we were not accusing anyone. My wife took a trip back to the store to retrieve the disc and found a note on the door be back in five minutes if you waited five minutes wait another five" so she waited after five minutes still no response. She sat there for over twenty minutes and still no response. She could hear voices inside but no one answered the buzzer or the telephone. During this time the traffic light was green the whole time so the store wasn't busy. If these movies were only $5.00 each i wouldn't even worry about it but they were $20.00 each. She had to take a taxi to the store and racked up at fairly high fare because of the wait time. Unfortunately once this is rectified I highly doubt we will shop here again."

By far the best adult store in Kingston. The ladies that work there are amazing, very helpful and make you feel extremely comfortable. Krystal helped me and she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable & even threw in some humor! Would go back 10/10

When you say your open until 9.You should stay open until 9.Has happened multiple times and I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore.Gets really frustrating.Update the website if you shut your sign off and lock the doors before 9:00.Pleasure island at least follows there hours correctly

Just visited the store and when I walked in the girl who was working there literally shouted at me from across the hall and was extremely rude to me. Not only she wasn’t appreciated the support for local business but also have no remorse for how she treated the customer. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer and requested me to leave the store for making her feel uncomfortable. She is the opener on Sunday, December 12, 2021 and my visit was around 10:35 am.I left but also will never return again. This behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Super knowledgeable and professional staff! Staff here are always super helpful and understanding. They clearly know a lot about the products they’re selling, and are really helpful if you have any questions. Additionally I felt the environment was really welcoming! I was kinda shy about coming in the first time, but my experience here was really awesome and totally put my mind at ease. The staff is so incredibly respectful and obviously care about you having a great, and safe experience. Additionally, I love that they have a great selection of products at a variety of prices. Im able to get high quality stuff of the things I know I like, as well as test out some more affordable options for other things I’m just adventuring intoAMAZING place ! :)
