Fantastic customer service from Total Cyclery. The bike of my dreams was not available in Toronto, but Total Cyclery had one in my size in their shop. Total Cyclery owner, Dean, and his team went out of their way to ship it out to me and it arrived super fast! The entire process was easy and seamless, with Dean keeping me updated all along the way. Dean and his staff are quite friendly and have extensive cycling knowledge. If you need anything bike-related, don't hesitate to contact this shop.I highly recommend Total Cyclery! 5 stars all the way!

What a fabulous place. Brought my daughter's bike in for a tire repair and not only were they able to fix it on the spot, they helped with a tune up and seat height adjustment. Their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is just absolutely amazing. Free parking and they even got the bike in and out of my vehicle. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Recently came back to the area and brought my bike in here for the first time, after having a bad experience with a bike shop in Montreal. The guys here are welcoming and did a hell of a job with my bike! Dean told me the team said it was a pleasure to work on my bike, which you always love to hear. Sounds better than when I first bought it, and I can enjoy the peace and quiet of a nice ride without worrying about clicking gears. Definitely will be going back for any of my cycling needs.

Great service. I broke a spoke on a bike touring trip. They replaced it and trued my wheel on the spot, fast and efficiently even though they were busy.

I didn't actually visit the store, but am leaving a review because of my incredibly positive experience with Dean. I had a flat on the middle of the highway and Dean was so accommodating and helpful. (He even left his phone number in case I came across other issues) I can only imagine this is a reflection of the service provided at Total Cyclery & Sports. Thanks again, Dean!

Great service. These guys do great work and are very knowledgeable about all things bike related. I had a tune up and a new set of tires installed. They were fast, fair and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

So friendly. So helpful. I blew out my tire attempting my longest ride. Was bummed and was going to try again the next day. They were super friendly on the phone and when I got in they not only got me what I needed, they encouraged me to replace the tube on my own. They gave me tips and all worked out well. I accomplished my longest ride the next day and felt empowered that I can now change the tire. Sometimes it's the small wins that make you feel great and their positive vibes helped immensely. Thank you!
